I finally put down my Playstation 2 controller long enough to draw some Final Fantasy X fanart. Please tell me what you think and any suggestions you have.

Yeah, I finished the game myself last night. Definitly a good game.

Anyway, I think this is a nice piece. I get this feeling that there should be more of his right arm showing, it can't all be hidden behind the ball.

Even though I don't use the PS2, it's still pretty annoying to know that they won't release the game here in sweden until sometime this summer :P

I think this is my favourite of yours so far =) Very nice. I love his lips.

However, if this is underwater (is it?) then his skin tones would not be so saturated...

I made a quick, quick overpaint, but I won't post it in your topic but rather email it to you. I'm working on it already... (ignore it if you don't want an overpaint)

Here is the blue version I did. It's not as skillfully done as Enayla's paintover, but you can see the idea.

I like the more blue coloured version personally. One crit: something about how you've rendered the right leg makes it look awkward - it's like he has a really long thigh, and no lower leg. I realize it's bent, but the fact that the inner pant leg is so straight causes it to look off.

Hope that made sense.

FireFry: Yes, I really like the game. I got it for Christmas and I've been playing it a lot. Well, according to the many references I used for different parts of the picture, I think the arm is just about right.

Enayla: Thank you. I got your e-mail and I tried making the picture look more like Tidus was underwater. I'm not sure which version to go with though. Pretty bright colors or more realistic blue colors. Hmmm....

Ive never played ffX but I thikn his face looks very girl-like. I dont mean that in a harsh way because I like everything else about it.. but i think its the big red lips that get me...
