im pretty much a newb at this type of art but i wanted to get into it ever since i saw it, and i get my pad tomorrow 
this is a pic i was jacking around with because i wanted to get some technique so i atleast half-knew what i was doing before i started playing with the pad. its not really like...complete but i didnt know where to put it otherwise, and im bored

Welcome to the board. If you plan ahead a little by doing some sketches and loosely following some basic guidelines it'll show through. People appreciate effort and reward it. This picture looks like one of those good exercises in getting to know your software and digital materials...i don't really see much of a point in posting it for critique though. I hope you'll adjust to drawing with a tablet it's really the best way to do it  |
