One of many portraits I need to do to represent different races. Obviously this one is human.
Here's a larger version |

grimsheep: thanks
Solayna:
I'm glad it reminds you of a celtic/viking warrior. It's sort of what I was trying to achieve.
SporQ:
Thank man
No it wasn't me.

I'm thinking hey, that looks like Raist's work/style. Read a few more posts and hey, how you doin'?
Looks good, especially the texture on his right shoulder. Just two crits: First, his eyes don't seem equidistant from the center of his nose. Second, his cheekbones seem unequal with the way you've portrayed the lighting (his right is more angular than the left).
Take it easy, |

Why is it that they always make humans look like celtic warriors or vikings?
A very good portrait... The highlights on the top of his head (hair) could be a bit more blended in, though? |

What's up Radiater
Thanks for the c&c.
Good observations. (taking notes)
My posts usually seems to sink pretty quick so I get sparked when I get some good responses. |
