AWESOME WORK!
How do you come up with the concepts and details for the armour? Do you use any photo reference? or is it all from your imagination?

Very cool! 3 small critiques, but thats just me being real picky in an effort to be helpful..
I love the highlights in the face, how about giving the rest of the skin some of that? I feel that would tie it together better, unless he's supposed to have smeared gooey vampire makeup in his face
I would break the left (our right) horn at a more downward angle, looks a bit weird right now.
Lastly, the axes dont look too sharp atm, looks to me like you have a shadow running along the edge in the texture.. if you dont, its just the lightning playing tricks with my eyes and I just shut up now. |

You do awesome modles AND textures duck. One thing that bugs me however is the saturation of the guys skin. Way to bright imo.

Thanks for all the Comments&Crits..
Kamal: It's all from my imagination. I don't use any photo reference.
Fredrik Svensson: It's in working. So, there is no texture in body and arm.
maceface: It's NURMS modeling.. so it's high polygon.
and..Everybody: Thanks again! |

Yeah I agree with Cicinimo, there should be at least some sort of variation in the hues.
Sure is a nice model though.

how many polys for the base object? this is AWESOME heh it's all really great looking especially the arms though, (I've never tried getting that much muscle detaile in my models I imagine) |

That's NURMS modelling at it's finest. Amazing textures and materials, too. Top 3D work, Duck!
I'd love to go toe-to-toe with Diablo using a character like him!
The axe on the left looks out of balance with the bend in it's shaft. The blue-logo axe on the right looks easier to use. |
