Helloing.

Here's some of the live model drawings I've done in school recently. The first one is the oldest (and my first).

Perhaps a tad too short, at one point, my teacher described it as 'transvestite dwarf', but it apparently got better.

This went better, did the shading by using different strokes and widths. Otherwise liked it, but hadn't the time to finish the leg properly.

I think this is what i'm most pleased of.

The newest. Was a hard pose, the face sucks

Sorry for the bad pics, my scanner is broken so this is just digicam pics. All charcoal on A2 paper.

You definitly have an eye. You are doing great on the proportions. The lines are crisp and bold....but your shading needs work.

It seems you need to pay more attention to lighting and value.

You will really start turing out great work once you start adding values to your drawings. You line art is nice.

Keep at it. I would like to see where you go in the future!

Well first of all, your doing contour drawing, and I don't know how long each one is...but you should try using a structure.
Perhaps boxes ? or a skeleton ?

What media are you using? traditionally
life drawings should be done in conte.

You could try that out, and you'll notice your drawings will be done alot quicker using it.

Great proportion on the third drawing...
but you should work on the inside lines more.

There should be more depth and volume shown.

then again, i dunno
this is just the stuff my school spews at me and my classmates.

thats all i can say
