my vampire person

dont ask me how he became a vampire cuz i dunno but before all the darkness he looked like michael jackson so i had to whip out my elite smudge tool and stuffage
but yea, hes from scratch... it aint mspaint but i guess its good enoughff....

edit: oh and he hasnt cleaned his mouth b/c he was being chased by coppars or something.. maybe ill add them in the backround.. no, im chasing him in teh backround with my big gun with SUPAR SILVAR BULLITS.
or was that werewolfs.. who cares.. anyways, mebbe ill add a backround later

i really like the shadowing you have done to this, as well as the highlights.

the blood on his left upper lip, (my left) almost looks like a bruse, but the blood dripping on the right looks cool.

the positioning of the image is a bit odd. i could just be me, but i wouldnt cut off the top of the head, maybe get it a bit more in the center.

i luv the hair though, that is really good.

overall, nice image

So I guess I have mixed feelings about this picture. I love the soft look and the hair, but what are those specled areas above and below the mouth? They look like you added some photoshop noise in little blobs and I think it really distracts from the image. Also what is that point in the middle of the bottom lip? It looks like a smudge gone wrong and my eye keeps on jumping back to it. The right eye (his right) is wonderful, but I would really like to see the left eye come out of the shadow a little more.

Personaly I think this image would be 100% better without the blood. The blood looks kinda thrown in and not half as finished as the rest of the head.
Again great job on the shading.

Ian: What makes you say that? It doesn't look even remotely Goth to me.

Personally, I think it looks great, it has alot of mood to it. However Khaifin, I think you need to do some work to it still, the shading under the eye could be more rounded off, and where the nostril joins the face, it looks a little elongated. Also the bottom lip looks a bit pointy!

I've seen a version without the blood, and it is an improvement. A shame she's been banned from posting here though.

the blood smears look more like cold sores or acne than I would like to see. Dunno why she was banned. Maybe the mods thought they had another 666 flat or st neil on their hands with the l33t/something awfull talk.

This is so much fun. Somewhere the art got shoved aside over e-bonics. Or whatever the digital style is anymore.

Particularly loved "suck", which really IS the least intelligent thing ever written. Somehow it's that much better. Kind of like a baby's burp, or first word kind of thing. Heh heh heh!

The vampire-portrait is very well done, and all the more impressive for having no reference (and drawn by a girl)! Since guys tend to draw girls they find attractive, I'd like to know where this portrait ranks in the realm of female artists -- considering girl artists are so much better at art anyhow! (Jo-Chen! Merekat!)
