I saw it again for the second time and I noticed the Wacom ad. It's right when Aki first looks through her yellow/orange single eyepiece, near the top left of the screen. There's also a vertical Squaresoft billboard, I think beside the Pepsi and Sony boards.
Just thought I'd share. |

In the upcoming film, heroine Dr. Aki Ross helps to save the Earth against alien invasion in 2065. On her wrist she wears a device crucial to the fate of her mission: the wrist holo.
