I saw it again for the second time and I noticed the Wacom ad. It's right when Aki first looks through her yellow/orange single eyepiece, near the top left of the screen. There's also a vertical Squaresoft billboard, I think beside the Pepsi and Sony boards.
Just thought I'd share.

In the upcoming film, heroine Dr. Aki Ross helps to save the Earth against alien invasion in 2065. On her wrist she wears a device crucial to the fate of her mission: the wrist holo. This device is capable of alerting Aki to imminent danger by detecting the presence of life forms. The watch -- 2001 version -- is inspired by the wrist holo worn by Aki. also, notice the fuel cell ppl put in the space ship, it looks like a giant Duracell.

I saw one of those watches in a storefront on my way home from uni tonight. AU$595.

Nice watch...

Ok, so it has chronograph, countdown, alarm... but what's with the hologram function and the detection of lifeforms? while else would i wanna buy this piece of crap?

That watch is the ugliest abomination of wrist technology I've ever seen.
