Great portrait! She's lucky to have someone like you around to do this sort of thing!
Do I see a Mickey Mouse hand/glove on the shelf? |

I love this pic!
Only thing that i've noticed that the wiev isn't focused on the model. From what i've learn, the most eye-catching spot on a picture(or photography) is somewhere in the upper right quarter of he pic. So, that means that the shelve distracts the view from the girl. But maybe that is what you wanted...
Sorry on bad english |

A tutorial... I've actually done one which I did post in this forum... I think... At any rate it can be seen at:
http://www.mojoko.com/tutorial/candle/
It's a simple tut, but there is really no technique in Hanna's portrait that is not used in the tut... |

The way you've added this dream-like glow to the whole image from the photo reference is marvellous! |

Thanks for all the comments...
wus... yup -- that's a Mickey Mouse hand... you've a good eye
roundeye... yup again... she loves it.
SeriousGrandpa... not sure what a "wiev" is... Is that spelled right?
Kuzya... I generally start with a 4000 x 4000 pixel screen and it grows or shrinks from there. Hanna's portrait ended up being 6480 x 4320. |

Your work is great...the only thing that bothers me about all your work is that you seem to make the skin tones very very orange.
Nothing wrong with that...its just seems to be a repeating process. Maybe thats a trademark of your work? |
