Can't resist...

1 Judge Death, in 2000ad (however many times he died "you cannot kill what does not liiiive")
Like when he was psychicly trapped in Judge Andersons head and the two of them were sealed in bubble gum stuff.

2 Sandman...

3 Spiderman v Venom was fun. Too fun therefore Carnage. Also when Spiderman v Sandman (different Sandman: one actually made of sand.) He beat him by turning him into concrete (If my memory serves me well, i may have imagined this, i think he may have just washed him away)

4 Crossovers suck

5 Dont make me choose

I have recently read The Sentry mini-series.
and I have to say that it is too good.....
I recomend it highly......
