We've all answered/asked this before. But I want to see some CREATIVITY this time! I'll post mine later because if I post mine, it might alter how you guys/girls answer yours.

Universal rule applies: no "unlimited wishes," "to be God," or any other similar wishes.

Right now I wish that this toothache will just go the hell away. It, and the damned constant headache that accompanies it.

Last week, my upper right back molar started aching. The next day a tooth near front, on bottom, joined in the aching. Now my LOWER right back tooth is killing me. My jaw is a constant pain convention... when it rains, it pours... and I have to put off the dentist, so I can still afford my trip to the San Diego Comic-Con on Thursday. Basically, I have little choice but to deal with this pain for the next 2-3 weeks. I'm going through Oragel and Anbesol like soda (probably the cause of the whole thing).

My second wish is that I'll stop whining about my personal problems.

My third wish is that my daughter grows up safe, and has a great life. -wait. Make that my first wish, and cancel the other two.

Being able to stop the time. That'd be my only wish. Just imagine what you could do with that ability. You could do all the things you just never had really time to. Time to learn. Time to practice. Time to travel.

The last time I answered this question I went for all nice wishes to help my friends and family, etc. So I thought this time I would go for some more imaginative ones:

1. I would love to be able to open portals to anywhere I want to go and be able to see the other sides through them. With these portals I will be able to travel wherever I want instantaneously

2. I would love to be able to create my own fantasy world full of magic, dragons and high adventure. This would work similar to a holodeck but it would be real, although I would have certain things in place so you couldn’t get killed or anything. I would make it so that I could enter at anytime I wished and when I did time in the real world would be paused.

3. There was a program on a few years ago called Time Trax. The main person had a super computer that was made to look like a credit card. The computer could project a hologram image of itself and because it was intelligent you could talk with it and act as though it was a real person. I would wish for one of these with an added extra, that it could pause time. Extra time in bed in the morning, extra time for doing work, etc.

Okey dokey, here's mine:

1)Be able to ask any question and get an answer in any form appropriate to context(images, voices, hologram videos..etc). And if I wanted to forget an answer because it disturbed me to much, I can.

2)control of our physical world down to the smallest detail(quarks?). With this ability, I can alter just about anything living or dead. Of course, this has a built-in UNDO feature.

3)Be able to travel in time, and not alter its course.

Mike: you must be in heaven now that you are so close to your little girl. I hope one day I'll have an adorable little girl too.

BTW, go get your teeth checked ASAP. It could be something very serious.

I just want to stop aging now, and live forever. Or at least as long as there's one other sentient being around to talk to. I don't care if it's a little green man from Mars that only speaks in an odd and barely intelligible system of bubbles and squeaks. As long as it's around, and I can communicate with it, and try to force it to look at my art, it'll do.

So that's one wish.... That leaves me with two more. I'll be selfish. For my second wish, I want to be healthy. I've had trouble with a degenerative tissue disease in my lungs for the past ten years--I want that to go away and never EVER come back.

Hm...I don't know.... I would wish to be a brilliant artist, but that's cheating. I'd rather achieve that on my own. (Yeah, yeah--wishful thinking...heh....)

Aw, screw three wishes. Just the two are good enough. Someone else can have the third. There's probably someone who needs it more than I do.
