definately an improvement over the original, however i do have a comment on your shading, perhaps you should try using some darker shades to make it appear more three dimensional. Also the eyes appear to be painted on his face, there is no sense of depth to them, try my previous suggestion to help with that, look at your own face in the mirror to help with lighting

<edit> Oh ya and his ears are too high up on the head the tops of them should be closer to the middle of the eyes, and the bottoms at the bottom of the nose. </edit>

thanks , I try to fix those things you said..eyes are really hard so if you have any ides on how to make them more realistic please tell me.
