Ok.. I'm new to this place.
I am studyign animation though I've never learnt how to paint, hope all of you people can actually give me some pointers @_@.
Drawing based on an original character designed by Rosey, a friend of mine.

There will be plenty of help to get here. The only prerequisite for getting it, is to be serious about what you do.
This applies to everyone *looks at whomever is reading this*
*rant on*
Just by lurking you can learn a lot. But by posting in "works in progress" you can get valuable feedback.
Do everyone a favor, however. Be serious Make a genuine effort. And if you want comments / crits, specify exactly what you are trying to accomplish.
Otherwise, you'll end up with ten people telling you ten different things on how THEY think it should be. Much better to specify what you want, and have people help you accomplish that.

Cool eyes, the facial expression is great. The thing that bugs me the most are the folds in the clothing and the way it 'hangs' on her. Maybe check some references or put on a cute little dress like that to check. Also, the skin needs some more shading/highlights compared to how much the clothing has. Anyway that's a great pic, the overall concept is cool and well so are hamsters. |
