Hi again,

time to post some more.. Have a bunch of stuff lying around so I might as well put some of it up here..?

This was made for a poster in the promotion of Anarchy Online, for stores, etc. It was also used in some magazines I think. Would be funny to hear if anyone saw it, and if so where.. :) Not sure where they used it really..

The character in the painting is a central character in the game, "Philip Ross", the supreme leader of the big corporation ruling the planet, over the renegade clan outcasts.. Okay, just a bit of background info for those who care, he he :)

Anyways, your comments or critiques are very welcome..!

-Christer

two thumbs way up! i totaly dig this style, the contrast between the big bold strokes around the face/figure and the detail in the face is great! The town on shown at the bottom has great atomsphere too.

i really like it, but the hand looks really odd, like it has no knuckles, and the nails look like very feminine . the fingers could also be a bit longer, everything else looks great

Nope, actually wanting pretty much a normal type hand there :) Hands are hard to draw, hands with this kind of foreshortening and perspective -- even harder...! Check it out with a mirror... you'll see..

Thanks for the feedback, keep it coming :)

With that degree of foreshortening shouldn't his hand be like, huge?

Nice work Christer I realy like that face but I do have to agree about that hand looking strange.
I know hands are hard to draw though.
