I like the way you scribbled on this picture, it gives a suggestion of an emotion turmoil. Good call.

This definitely has potential... But the scribbles are throwing it off for me. I think there might be a less blatant way of going about it, giving it that same shaken, disturbed, damaged, chaotic feel without being so bold and messy. I'm not sure exactly how, many some torn edges or drips or streaks of something? I'm not sure, but I definitely think the picture has potential.

for some reason, when i look at the scribble it looks like its her (wet) hair coming over her face. dunno if its any consiquence, just wanted to point it out

Certainly does have a certain mood to it and its good. I would drop the text on the eyes, I just think it is a bit too much. The strands of hair look like they could use a bit of work as they just seem to be there existing at the moment, sitting ontop of the rest of the image.

I suggest changing the "raped" sign with "corbis" or "imagebank"
