I've got a TNT-II Ultra and it has an SVideo out, but my TV only has RCA plugs. Is there a connector that converts SVideo to RCA?

Yeah, I've seen them. I know for sure, a friend of mine has one. I imagine they cant be to expensive, and they probably can be found in most any electronics store.

I've checked around a few of them and all of them say 'it doesn't exist'. Would you happen to know of a place on the web that I might be able to order one from?
