i stared at this pic for a long time. there's something very appealing about how everything's kind of warped and fantastical. reminds me of a doom mod (again, not sure why). anyway, his right wrist is very thin .. right thumb is stubby .. left hands fingers are half as long as they should be (or he's making a clenched fist) .. head is small and maybe too high up on that thin neck. it's all quite blurry and dreamy. i like the scenery.

I would remove the texture, looks a bit too artificial.

I like the pose, and the composition. I have my problems with the colors though. I'm not sure as to whether I should critic. The picture is very consistent in style, which is very good. One thing I would change though is to make his face darker on the right side to reflect the lighting of the piece. The face still looks very flat.

I like the veins you've got on the arms on your character. Since he's probably been through a lot, I doubt his shirt and jeans would be that clean. Try overlaying some extra scratches, wrinkles, holes and stains over his clothes.

only thing i can think of is try using harder brushes, looks like you used a soft airbrush for the entire piece. Harder brushes make it look less blurry than the softer ones.

<edit>Oh and you might want to use lighter and darker colors to give the picture more depth as well.</edit>

I would say it would be a good idea to not add the texture overlay. It looks better without it.
