looks like you exceeded your bandwith allocation on your webhosting site.
I would suggest avoiding using the .bmp format. .bmp doesn't compress any. If your really worried about image quality save it as a .jpg (jpeg) at 100% quality. You won't be able to notice anything and the size will be drastically reduced. if you want to be kind to the modem users save it at 90% quality and you still won't notice much image degridation.
I really like Irfanview for an image view (and simple image manipulation).
