(is annoyed)
Joking. You have really great textures down, pretty amazing. Anatomy seems fine to me, it's the guy's head that's bugging me. From the angle that we're looking at (worm's eye view I think) basically his jaw should be predominant while the upper half of the head kinda recedes back. Anyway jut the chin out more, show less of the eyes and push the forehead back some. Everything else looks great, nice webpage too. |

Wow. The rendering and lighting is fantastic and the movement is pretty cool. My main comment would be from a story telling point of view. You certainly have some dramatic cinema elements in it that work well. The general flow of the story just seems a bit weird. The establishing shots are great and walking into the room etc. When the robot then picks up the guy and tries to crack his neck, that doesn't seem to be well established as some action. That sequence is very quick. Then for a sorta "round 2", you spend some time to establish the guy pulling out his gun, the robot targeting the human etc. Difficult to describe but you are probably looking at it from a technical rendering point of view and not so much story telling. The music is very cool and adds a nice mood to it all. |

Hey Kos your animation is really class man! Was blown away by it. Great fluid action scenes and I especially like the look of the robot and guy. Congratulations on completing your masters btw and best of luck for the future. ![](images/smiles/icon_smile.gif) |

That was fucking awesome Kos! Gotta say I am really really impressed. Whole thing was very cinematic, great character designs, really cool scenes. Loved the bit they both pull their guns, cracked me up. Congratulations man. |

Timski: Glad to disturb! Thanks for the comments, you are right. The jaw didn't turned up as heroic as I wanted it to be, because I was dumb enough not to use reference. The fact that I modelled the man with his mouth open, meant that I saw him closing his mouth after I had weighted the mess (imagine, it was even worst, I already fixed it a bit by scaling the bone)
Matt Elder: Thanks man! The story, ah the story…Well there was a short story, but it didn’t come through due to the time limitation.
Maniac: The album is called "Crypting writings" I think, and the song is "Trust" … Buy it, or I’ll send the robot over to reshoot the breakneck scene
Death Dealer: Don’t you love technology? I checked both files from the uni and they play fine, so it’s just you
delovega2: Thanks, max is alright
Morbid Guy: Cheers man, I should had made that robot firing the minigun, that would have blown you away for sure! I’ll need all the luck I can get, so thanks!
Cos: Thanks matey!! I just did it to really really impress you ![](images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif) |
