I don't know if anybody else is a huge fan but I've been reading Herblock since I could see. All tributes welcome

I also did this one tonight and wanted some opinions on it. I know the perspective is way off but I more wanted thoughts on composition.
Thanks, oh and other peoples tributes to Herblock would be awesome unless I'm the only fan.

beautiful chunky style you've got in the pyramid painting.

it looks like you want the center of attention to be the person going into the pyramid, and yet the lighting & composition don't draw my eyes towards that. especially with backlighting and the silhouetted pyramid, you could get some much stronger lighting going on.

also as a quick fix to the perspective, and maybe a really interesting way to change the composition: it'd be cool if you tilted the horizon line to run a bit diagonally, from the top-left to the lower-right. i don't know if it would work, but if it did, it would add some motion to the picture.
