That looks like her alright, and her clothings are the best, especially the details on her belt (that yellow thing, I'm pretty sure there is another name for that..)

I like the coloring a lot but I think the lines could stand to be smoothed out (both the lineart and the lines deliniating color). Also, some of your gradations are smooth and some are anime-type sharp highlight/midtone/shadow; I think you should pick one of the other. IMHO, of course.
