Reworked from a great drawing by Ruben Cordero, I've been thinking about experimenting with this kind of exaggerated drawing style, but melding it with a more traditional painting method. I think the result is interesting, and was certainly alot of fun to do. What do you think?

Green Hulk is far cooler than Gray Hulk --that's what I think. Nice painting. Does the Hulk have a hairy chest?

Hi VM! nice to "see" you for a long time!
Yep, the pic is very nice. the yellowish light looks great. I think you should sharpen up the face a little bit. |

Heya that is pretty cool and I like the unique style that you have happenin' here. I know that you've tried to bulk the hulk up alot but the head looks a tiny bit too small. Some of the detail on the top of his arm closest to use looks like it could use a bit more refining. |

Thanks for the taking the time to let me know what you think. Just in reply to your comments:
Grey Hulk did suck (and green Hulk does have a hairy chest), this was a sketch so it does need a bit more detail and refinement (thanks!) and I agree that the result is interesting. Will keep investigating... |

I know this isnt art but heres a funny story:
the other day while taking a nap, my room mate woke me up, by shaking me, he was shirtless, and he had his digital camera in his hand. He wanted me to take a picture of him flexing his muscles for his girl friend. What a freak. Well anyways I did and then I put it into fotoshop, we always thought he looked like the hulk from the live action show from the 70's, he even has the fro.
Oh yeah and that picture is awesome! hehe |
