So I move into a new apartment complex, new complex really nice and stuff and I am all excited 'cause I can go back to Sijun from home and post stuff and then I find out that they don't offer any type of High Speed Connection...well no problem I can deal with dial up, so I hook everything up go into dial up and all I can get is FREAKIN 28.bps!!! WHAT THE #EO@# AAAARGGG
But I think to my self, okay no problem at least I've got a connection, next thing I see the forums don't load up..

I've been stuck with 24kbps for over 4 years... wireless is available now, but I'm havin trouble scrapin together the cash to pay for installation ($600)  |

why cant you just pay for an installation.
do you have cable, often cable companys have a broadband internet service as well. |
