****Good work Cos!
I like the #5 guy with the head the best. Your anatomy looks great I was wondering what you use for reference? |

Also congradulations for being #31 on the Epilogue web site. Myself I was #75 which isn't to bad since there are like 300 something artists on there. |

Cos man! Great stuff! You just get better and better all the time. I like your rendition of Batman and the guy with the red hair is cool too. |

Wow... You've gotten exponentially better since I last saw your work. I'll admit I was somewhat bothered by the stiffness and pale, dull feel many of your older pics had, but these are just amazing. |

Great stuff Cos. I really like the first three. I'm not sure about the prespective on the fourth, seems (to me) like the guy is in a different prespective than the mountains. |

everything is so great, i dig all of them
the first one would look even better if you would make som skyscrapes(hmms), in the background so it would get a more feeling of
batman and the joker to be even higher up in the air |

Those pics rock!
I especially like the Batman-Pic. Although, the Jokers arm looks a bit strange to me, but maybe its just me. The pose of it looks a bit (I dont really know the word...sorry) stiff (?). Anyway... All of your pics are just amazing! Wish, I was that good.

Awetopsy - Thanks
Silber - Thankyou, checked out your gallery btw. You have really cool stuff in there!
Dixter - Thanks, yeah most of these were posted at lumes too, xcept those last two.
CapnPyro - Thx man
Shadowman - Thanks, actually with these I didn't use any type of reference for the anatomy, I'm sure they're not perfect. I've always drawn muscular type characters, tho these last 6 months or so I've paid much MUCH more attention on learning my anatomy better and getting it more correct. Sketching from anatomy books, etc.
With epilogue, to be honest I don't notice the rankings that much, as they're never really that consistent anyway. Just a nice place to post work at. Thx tho =)
Chip - thx =D
Raist - Thanks alot man
Tinusch - thx guy, that's a great compliment. I'ma just go to the garden and burn all my old work now hehe. But yeah, I think I made the most progress ever with my work this last year. And alot of older stuff I used to like, I look back at and think, thats.. kinda... shite.. heh.
Daniel - Thanks alot, I've just started taking life drawing classes this last week.
Shiro - thx =D
Grendhal - Thanks guy, yeah I had the same thoughts about that too. Looks the guy could rotate forward some more. Unfortunately it was pretty much done and had to let it slide.
Ian - Thanks
Notic - Thanks, I did originally plan to add some closer tall skyscrapers in that pic. But then I decided against it, thought it might clutter the composition too much.
Incubus - Thanks, the shapes (cape and jokers arm/jacket) were supposed to be getting more stylised and graphicy as it went down. Tho the pic got a little too worked for that style at the end. |
