Full Throttle, Monkey Island, Sam n' Max. I love pretty much all of LucasArts' old adventure games. Classic.... classic *wipes tear from eye* |

Ah yes the Bard Tale I have many fond memories of that game Getting lost in the catacombs for hours on end with a party that is getting weaker and weaker just hoping that you don't run into many more monsters before you can escape.
Those were fun days |

Iv always been a console gamer due to never haveing a comp....But it is true for them to.
Man....The two systoms that had the most QUALITY games is the Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis....and even for the regular Nintendo.
I remember always haveing like 20 games on my want list for those systoms...but for the systoms these days...there is like 3-4 MUST GET games and about 10 good games.
I just experianced that with my friend when we went to look at games and we were prepared to buy one...and we left empty handed because there was nothing that just needed to be bought..
And thats not for lack of systoms on my part..Ive got..NES, Super NES, Nin 64, Sega Dreamcast, and Playstation.
I still play my Super Nes almost more than any of the others |

LOL! You guys are showing your youth... I remember Indy & The Fate of Atlantis like it was only yesterday.
Old is Hungry Horace on the Speccy... even older is when you didn't load games, you had to actually type up the code yourself on the rubber keyed Sinclare... mmmmm, Breakout. |

Anyone here remember the game Jet Set Willy?
Now that was a fun game and really huge. Part of the fun with it for me was just exploring it seeing if I could get through to the next room to see what was there.

My favourite game of all time was called Alter Ego. I played that when I was a little girl.
Actually, I was pretty obsessed with it. Wish I could get ahold of it =/ |

Remember Archon and Adept and Mask of the Sun, and Beach Head? ooh, these were good times... from the newer games - Maniac Mansion, Zak McKraken, Monkey Island, Loom by Lucasfilm Games, The Black Cauldron and Gold Rush by Sierra...
A not very old but a terrific game - Star Control II, one of my alltime favs... Civilization was a terrific one, too... |

My all time favorite old time games would have to be console games...because there was just nothing like it on computers.
Nintendo = Super Mario Brothers (1) and Tetris
Super Nintendo = Super Mario Brothers (3) and SimCity
Turbo Graphix 16 = Bonk!
Atari = Joust and Space Invaders
Those are my all time favorite old games, I based them on how long I played them. SimCity I would play 6-8 hours a day at one time, but then again I was only 12-13 years old and I had summer vacations LOL

Hehe! Yeah I lost many hours of sleep playing Batd's Tale 3. I liked the game so much that me and a few guys are in development of a modern Bard's Tale style game. It called the

Willy Bemish was a really cool game when that cam out. It was like all watercolored looking. Very detail.
I also did all the Sierra Quest games, my favorite one was Hero's Quest, was getting really cool.
Roll playing games I liked Sentinel Worlds and StarFlight, that was great.
Syndicate- that was fun, blow all sorts of stuff up.
we had an old Texas Instument computer and had all sorts of games on cartridge.. Like Slimoids, big Foot, Pharsec.
I dont know If I spelled all though correctly but you get the idea..
Memories... the good old days of Kings Quest
.... later |

I liked Archon on the C64, as well as Mission Impossible (Beating the game was a proud day), Bruce Lee, and Tron. I like the ghost pinball game on the Vic20. Oh yeeeeeeahhhhhhhhhhh. Old games. |
