Something I did on Open Canvas. The b/w took less than 20 min, and the color came out pretty well. I left the other places white for a reason. Anyhow, got any comments, or tips? I kinda messed up on the arms, but that is slightly noticable.

The B/W for those who wants to CG.

The Color Version.

You could color and post them here too. I would like to see other people coloring my lineart. I really like how the eyes turned out. Beside that, I need some comments to get better. Thanx

NOT. it still isn't finished. and it's not something he bothered to finish, so why did he bother to post it. that's just wrong. and i will yell at all those who abuse this place and post every piece of shit they make.

did you use a spacer for the tree highlights? or did you just do separate strokes?

You spend infinitely more time attempting to boss people around than you do giving them constructive advice or composing your own art.

Zekie isn't what is wrong with Sijun - you are what's wrong with Sijun. All you did was post to insult and complain. I still don't see any type of positive feedback in this thread from you. If you want Sijun to change, you have to do your part as well.

post to insult and complain.... Hmmmmm... Interesting. Well, I guess I have my reasons, and yet, people seem to discourage more, so I guess I lack that self esteem. But that is just me. I do apologize if I posted the pic that didnt look finished. It wasnt intentional. I wanted to leave the white spaces to make it more angelic. But, I could understand why Hamilton got irritated. Anyhow, I'm not sure how I insulted people, but I do know that I complain from time to time. I dont really consider myself the best, but pretty decent. There are a lot of people out there that shows more dedicationand effort than I do. If I insulted any of you, I sincerely apologize. I didnt mean to sound that way. Thank you very much for the comments tho. I really appreciate it. I thank all of you whom appreciates looking at my work. Anyhow.. I should start commenting also. It wouldnt be fair of me not to.

Zekie: don't take it to yourself, you did absolutely nothing wrong. I don't know of any hard ass rule that says you can't post a picture like this. If you think it's finished then so be it.

Thanx Svanur. I really appreciate your way of thinking. It's more positively reinforced, then the people in LA, whom seem to diss me all the time. lol. But I dont let that bother me. Thanx a lot tho.

I totally disagree about the image needing to be completely colored. design does not always call for that. Coloring the focus of the image and leaving the rest white would have been fine.

Though in doing so, I probably would have either not done the arms and torso, only the head, or done her shirt too, and have only the background white.

The pink doesn't blend well. It is contrasting everything else and seperating. Try desaturating it. Or subtly put some pink elsewhere. A tad in her hair, the trees... Experiment to see what works.

Hamilton, did you re-register? Becuase your account isn't that old. You haven't been around here that long. Why do you think you are such an expert on others work?

I will agree that often people post here in the finished with items that are less then that. But if you don't like it, ignore it. Whats wrong here isn't people posting art. It's people being rude.
