Persaonally, I think it's a good start.
Most parts of the body don't appear to fit together, they look kinda copied and pasted, especially around the arms. Also, the eyes could do with some shadeing to them, and a glow effect would make it look very mean! I think they're are a few proportion and anatomy issues too, for example he's got tiny feet and his chest seems a little narrow.
However, I do like the face, the lighting has been done nicely, and the texture looks great. Maybe have another go at the same character?! Perhaps in a different pose, keep trying different styles and approaches, see which one comes out the best. Hope I've helped, good luck
