We have those flying around outside the house all the time. They have cool fangies. say hi to it, it may say hi back. You never know.. it might be a friendly creature.

yuch, there was a spider in my room the other day, i captured it, and just last night when i came home at night there was ANOTHER spider crawling on the wall. F**k.
I think I MAY have hallucinated or something since after the spider quickly moved to somewhere (and I looked away for a few seconds) I never saw it again, and that's really weird since my room is kinda spacy and you can see everything easily since there's not much stuff.
Damn i hate those things.

i once read a batman comic where joker planned to release diseased bats over gotham city.. you better should hope that your bat isn't one of that joker-bads.. because then you would get frenzy and kill all people you see while giggling like a madman..

Open a window and remove its screen. Use the screen as a melee weapon to bounce the bat out the open window. Revel in the satisfying "boing" sound.

That's what I had to do when I lived out in the sticks.

well bats are cool and they eat other insects so that's good. Unless it's a vampire bat then your are SOL.
Oh and look out for rabbies. Besides that there should be no problem

LOL, wasn't there a John Candy movie where they are trying to catch a bat inside their log cabin? LOL

One other thing they don't like is smoke. Get some incense or whatever (open the window first).

My cat caught a bat once.. outside.. in broad daylight.. brought it inside. It wasnt quite dead. I cant remember how we got rid of it. I just fear my cats hunting skills. I still duno how he caught that thing in broad daylight.

I love bats they are my favourite animals and they just look so cute.

What I wouldn't give to have a bat roost near my house and to be able to see them flying about.

Alright, our family has a summer camp in south eastern Maine on a lake. There are lots of bats and they have flown inside on more than one occasion. Please note that I do NOT hate bats but I do think their place is outdoors and not hanging from a rafter pooping our beds (sure, blame it on the bats again).

Here's is rather simple but effective method we use to remove them. First, you must aquire a tenis racket or a pool-skimmer. Next, KICK IT"S ASS!!
