Hey everyone

Is it just me or is it really hard for other people here to get replies on posts? I have two topics, one in the FG and on in WIP and they've both been up for a few days and only have 8 replies including my own.

...Did I do something bad or is this your way of telling me I shouldn't quit my day job?

Maybe I need to start insulting people. I don't get why people would want to spend their time posting real short messeges in a thread that are just meant to be insulting.

I swear, nobody, I don't care how bad they may actually be, deserves as much hostile response as stniel777's been getting. It's ironic how quick people are so quick to accuse someone else of immaturity when the nature of their accusattion is immature in itself. It's funny, in real life you ignore and avoid obnoxious people, but on the internet, it's the complete opposite.

I think the mods should be a lot quicker to shut down threads that are intended to be, or become, nothing but flame wars. I haven't been a member as long as most of you but I've looked through some of the old threads and I can see, that there are a lot of threads that just went way out of hand and some that even started with hostile intent, sometimes targeted at a specific person.

if you are a normal, good guy, then the only way to get noticed here is by spending a lot of time, and sharing a lot of your art.

the other way to get noticed is to be abnormal... i.e... an asshole. Who doesn't enjoy reprimanding an asshole in an environment where you don't have to risk fisticuffs? and if you're worried about assholes getting an obscene amount of attention for their dirty works (and sometimes even some support and coddling)... well that's the way it goes, same in real life to. The best consolation you can have though is that you are honest and decent with yourself and don't go around fucking with people for attention.

And also you have to be a little patient. Your frustration is very common to newbies here.

Exo, St.Neil doenst post here often so you dont have to worry too much. And people would still visit other threads anyway.
