Thought of this today and cranked it out. God I love photoshop layers. Thinking this might make a good cover or poster for my comic.
P.S. Come over and try out my forum and comic

Yep, I enjoy playing around with PS layers, too. Curious as to where you got the background, also. Stock photo of some sort or your own shot scanned? If I may offer a suggestion, it would be tough and I know you knocked it out very quick, but if you plan on taking it any further, perhaps working the drips into the texture of the bricks, adding some highlights and roughing up the "psychotic episode" a bit more.
Nice mood. I sometimes find your work disturbing, but always find it intriguing. Probably just what you're after...

hey nickmarks, have you played the game Max Payne? the cutscenes are photo manips, and they really remind me of you're comic, accept from what i've seen, your comic has about 10x as much work put into it. gotta say yours looks a lot better ![](images/smiles/icon_smile.gif) |

very cool
only thing I would suggest is to alter the font, either to a spray painted look or the stencil font. Perhaps frwy the edges of the font so that it looks more like its on the surface of the brick. ![](images/smiles/icon_smile.gif) |

Hey, that's great. I love your stuff. The only thing I would recommend here, is the same concept but maybe a police chalk outline in the middle of a street instead of a grafitti stick figure? That might look wicked cool. You could even add blood puddles ![](images/smiles/icon_wink.gif) |

The drips seem pretty unconvincing for the most part...no variation and they don't look to adhere to the texture of the bricks they are on...

it seems to me the red drips would follow the contours of the bricks... other than that I cant crit anything else..
I would actually be interested in reading your comic man.. it looks very strange.. |
