Its very well balanced and drawn, but is it original? I like the idea and it is well executed, in particular the claws and hair. Maybe something more radical or original? Just a suggestion, nice work

spiff!, a lot of people talk about drawing in anime style but rarely manage it.

looks pretty good. the legs might look a little short, either that or are simply upstaged by the upper portion of the character. is she kneeling? maybe some hint of flooring couldn't hurt. and the knees are a little wonky.

since this is the gallery/finished work, perhaps it should be in work in progress? this kind of would be greatly improved if it were at least 'inked' in photoshop, and stunning colored.

but that's up to you i guess.

regards.

Twincruiser....very nice.

And since I can't send you a personal message then I'll ask here. Seriously curious. I have to see portfolios all the time...and one of the most dominant things I have seen as of yet...from non-japanese anime style artists, is cat people. I think from the many anime style drawing portfolios I have seen in the last two years...I have yet to see one that wasn't completely or at least in a small part...homofeline oriented. As I have never once drawn a cat person...or had the desire to do so, I was curious as to what caused you to draw a cat person.

I don't really mean to pick on you but considering that you have real skill here...I think this is the perfect opportunity to ask...considering that the character would still look interesting without the fur, claws and tail.

I don't know what caused me to draw this one. I just have seen so many "homofelines" done by anime artists, that I wanted to draw one for myself. I always thought that cat people were very common in Japanese anime and manga (guess I was wrong).

Hmm, the claws look like they are inspired by Lion-O from the Thundercats.

Great drawing. The quality of line is very suited to anime. Nice work. 'c' is right a lot of ppl talk about anime drawing but rarely manage to pull it off quite as well as you have done here.

One crit would have to be the face, it isn't feminine enough. Go back to those references you have and study, study, study!

Those extra features like the fur bikini and boots and claws and tail are pretty darn cool.

P.S. Maybe reduce the appearance of the lines around her right breast. Thin them down a little towards the end of the line, and especially on the inside edge. Also the nipple should really be round the front a little more. The knees seem a little bony and lumpy for a female, maybe smooth them out a little. Thats about all I can think of.

Great work you have done. I like it.
