yeah I don't want to be a post-whor so this is my last post until I finish something real -_-;;
Ok anyway this is my first ever all photoshop piece. I didn't even do a sketch or anything, just my wacom tablet and my monitor. At first I was planning on doing something really rendered and realistic but it just wound up looking ridiculous with the way I draw. What do you guys think of THIS monster???

Working from Scratch digitally is Great. But trust me it takes a while to get used to...Well worth it in the end though. Some of my first work with the mouse...(I still don't use a tablet) where pure junk...This is really good for a first attempt. Keep on practicing...you know the old saying...How to get to Carnegie hall...lol...

| Oh guys I'm glad you like it... I had my tablet for a while. I was just using it for things like coloring in scanned pictures. It was a gift from someone heh heh ^^;; I'm not sure if I want to do digital art too much. I love the way it looks, but working on something like that for too long just hurts my eyes, back, hand, everything! I don't know how you guys do it. Maybe it's a conditioning that I'll learn through more practice hehehe when I first got my tablet I was all about digital painting but I think I'm getting back into good ol' pen and paper. thus that colored pencil thingy... hmm ok I'll stop now. |

sorry sorry one more thing I should probably add, I had practice using my tablet before doing this piece with this silly little online drawing board program. Here are a couple of the things I did with that...
I shouldn't have spent so much time on those though because of the low resolution. Anyway I thought I should add that, I realized I gave the impression that it was like my first attempt at using anything digital ever -_-;;;; |
