I am really tired of seeing as the forum full of shit ... I would ask the newbies, have patience, and that should expect to evolve... because comes a moment in which my eyes regret seeing so many shit.

I reserve the right to post shit here! =p
I do consider twice before posting something. Alas, even that doesn't help me get ANY replies at all. There, happy?

I am also a newbie.. and I can't draw that well, but still, one should show what level they are on, and this forum is here so that people could citique and give tips. Some of the comments are just plain stupid I know, but at least people give the appreciation that one could illustrate what is on their mind. It is the freedom of this Internet world that people is really abusing. I don't see why people have to be so against each other. Anyhow, i dont think i am getting anywwhere with this... But newbies are newbies, they should be introduced rather than neglected. that is why so many people who has skillz dont really show up, because people tend to ignore them. well.. i am going nowhere with this ranting.

Well, Mr. "oooo's" IP is logged, so I'm sure if he becomes a "problem" the admins will deal with him accordingly.

That's not what he meant you tards. Through his choppy englishesque language he's telling the newbies to be patient with us because we're full of shit. Quite frankly i agree, I've lost a lot of patience with newbies, why do they even try? I mean common, with people like Joachim, Micke, Agent 44, Spooge Demon, Liquid!, why would you even try? Although, I was a newbie once, and people kept treating me like shit, I jsut shut up, started posting artwork and NOW look where I am! Yeah to the Newbies, we're not always such assholes. It's just fun to come home, blast someones ego and have a nap. We'll get better....maybe...

Oooh, flame war!!! I won't get into it, though. I'm just going to critique Maceface's drawing. Man, Maceface, you SUCK No, really, that'a fine drawing. Looks kinda like 100 Bullets or something like that.

The problems I have with it? The pants. It's TOO wrinkled. Obscenely wrinkled. And any self respecting beer company wouldn't label it's product as plain "BEER"

Ok this is my second attempt at anything digital, so in other words im a newbie, also what with my only being 16 i have far few years of experience behind me than most around here.
http://204.225.71.133/~ben/Alien.jpg

it took my 1 1/2 hours to get that far and as you can see its not finished, do you honestly want me to pack my bags now and give up, think again.

to be honest...i want ppl to tell me EXACTLY what could be better in my pic. I wont get offended and i would hope that other ppl wouldnt get offended also. This is the BEST way to get better...Look at 99% of the ppl here...i bet they all didnt get this good just cuz they sat in a corner and never let anyone say anything constructive about thweir art. EVERYONE needs some sort of criticisim(sp?). Its all for the better.

btw king you wang! you hardly suck...i should punch you in your face im glad that we work so well together.

hehe luke i just read your post.
thanx for the input...yeah i realise that the pants are pretty damn wrinkled...but i sort got out of hand it was just so much fun to draw. but thanx for pointing it out

you know... perhaps ... and maybe i'm wrong about this (it's happened before) but maybe he means that newbies should be more considerate and not post EVERY piece of shit that they have. now... hear me out. i know we all go through that shit period. but perhaps we choose which pieces... the pieces we're MOST proud of... to post. i do get somewhat annoyed when i see people posting practice phoshop sketches... practice paintings... or sketchbook sketches. i think those are... perhaps more suited to... a webpage. i've always thought (and i have been forever pegged with the phrase high art. because no one around here ever forgets) that this forum (if not the entire site... then at least the "gallery/finished work" forum) should be reserved for the VERY best that you can produce. not practice... not shit... the best. now... if what you put up is your absolute best, then i got no beef. it's the other stuff i personally have a problem with.

i'm also not too fond of the "why hasn't anyone commented on my picture, boo hoo hoo" bumpers. you all just annoy me. but that's a different discussion entirely.

i am also technically a newbie here... but i try not to throw it in everyone's faces.
