I couldn't see the image until I looked at the HTML code (which most people won't do). You have an intersting background but you really need some contrast between it and the text (and between the text and it's shadow). At the moment it is all blurry into one thing. Do you know where you are going to use it as this will go someway to determine how effective it is.
