here are a few more sketchbook pages. I've been trying to draw more women (I don't draw nearly enough) so please go easy on me, I'm in foreign territory.

What kind of pencils do you use?
I can never get the same quality of grays and blacks that you do. Oh and what paper do you use to draw on?

look pretty cool matt, i love the guy on the throne! for the girls.. they have a bit of the same look going on (pulled back hair, frowning, similar nose).

maybe practice their expressions like you do the guys. also, a handy thing i picked up for hair/eye/ lip/nose types is a womans hair style magazine. you'll look a little fruity buying it in the store, but the entire magazine is literally hundreds of small pictures of womens faces.

very cool stuff though, and im still amazed at the creative things you come up with for your characters

hehe, thats funny, i accually started drawing girl faces alot more this last week cause i felt i was alittle behind on the subject

anyways nice designs in there bud.

oh man is funny how the characters the artist draw end up looking like the artist! heh i just saw your ugly mug on your webpage ;P

oh yea and the first 2 images wont load for me....

I ADORE your sketches, dude. Always have, every one I've seen. I love the chica in the water with the goggles... I guess I really do have a goggle fetish. =p

I'm glad to hear you've started working on your femmes... I always noticed how artists usually start drawing humans of their own gender, and are usually better at it, hehe. I wasn't able to draw a convincing man until recently, let me tell you... c.c

As always great stuff Matt, I agree with CanpPyro though, they do tend to look somewhat similar.
Oh and yeah the first two are not showing.
Have you tried animating your characters by any chance?

Gah! Broken links! now the fring did that happen. Hmm..i'll see what i can do. Thanks all for the comments. Hmmm...I never even noticed the women, they DO all look the same. That's why I love this place so much, you point out stuff like that. Next time I post we'll see some more diverse females.
