Painted with CorelDRAW, smoothed and rended with Photoshop. I am not good at paint people, especially bad at hair.
Any one teach me how to paint hair?

WOW! How did you do that twirl rainbow thingie?

Well, perhaps it's the most easy part to paint.
Use photosop's rainbow fountain fill to make them, then --motion blur, hehe. Easy?
The difficult part is the face and body, I am poor at anatomy.

Draw. Just draw stuff all the time. Especially hair if that's your biggest concern. If you can draw hair, you can paint it.
