I used to read a lot of comics, but I was young then and didn't really read anything but X-Men. Just recently, though, I picked up a Sandman trade paperback and was very impressed. I sat there and read it all in one night, then I felt like drawing, so I did. Done with micron liners and a sharpie. Any crits & comments?

Cool picture, you've got a cool style going.
I think his arms are to long (or at least the one by his side) and his hands are to big though. Thats my opinion at least, I could be wrong.

cool drawing chan the hand looks alittle too big and the right hand is kinda distracting, i hope you don't mind me tinkering with your drawing

Thanks for the comments folks. Yeah, I see what you mean about the hands, they are a bit exaggerated. I like what you've done there jr, hiding the hand behind his back does make it composed better. |
