beautiful, both of them. your hard work with faces is really starting to pay off. i like that ethreal quality in the left pic. only thing i could suggest is that perhaps there should be some variation in skin color? especially the right one feels bit "wooden" or something like that. (hmm, could it be because of those ref photos(at least if were they b&w?)?)
