No kidding, to his/her defense the person never did say it was theirs.
I find it hard to believe that someone would be foolish enough to post something that is easily recognizable.

The character is very well done, but I find it very "Un-Elfish", not slim or delicate, you know, pale skinny pointy face, thin nose and lips etc..

He also posted it in the Gallery/Finished Work forum, and forgot to give the original artist credit. He linked it from it's original location likely because he doesn't have server space of his own.

I'm surprised how many people actually got fooled by EverQuest art

Then again, I've been playing the game too darn much, and "High Elf" was kind of a dead givaway in the topic since that's actually a class in the game.
