Hi, this is my first post to this forum. I've been lurking here for a few weeks now and decided I should post something too. I was planning on waiting until I could afford an artboard but I found a nice tutorial on how to color sketches, and decided to give it a try even though I had to work with the mouse.. Anyway, without further ado, here's the result:
Btw, it's supposed to be private Gomer Pyle from the film Full Metal Jacket..

damn, man, that's wicked... it looks just like pyle, right when he went all psycho and blew away his drill sgt... nice work!

I'm glad you could tell which scene it was from. Oh and maybe I should mention that it was originally a pencil drawing, that I colored and modified using the Gimp (free photoshop clone).
Anyone have any suggestions as to how I could have made it better? I think it feels sort of skewed somehow, but I cant tell why..? |
