Comment: Ko`rke`p = diagnosis
Korke`p = images of age
My englis is bad, I hope you understand this!
I want any suggest and graphic idea!

The idea is cool... Love the hand brain! My comments would be:

1. The edge glow on the background crowd is a bit cliche...

2. The color combinations don't seem to work...(for me anyway)

It seems like the brain is too visible, you can either change the color to the same as the skull, or you can lower its opacity.
