All right, I lied. I don't pay any attention at all. These are some of my lecture notes for this term:

Sociology, exhibit 1:

Non-Western Art Survey:

Discourses in Modernism and Modernity:

Sociology, exhibit 2:

The scruffiness of the above drawing in no way reflects upon the teacher of the class. *G*

*cringes at the memory of the Hat Song*

Good grief... pretty horses? We've really got to get you on a diet of doom and gloom.

It is a very pretty horse, though.

The rat rules, by the way. That's the coolest rat I've seen for a while. Looks like he's sneaking around and plotting diabolical deeds. The birdies are neat, too.

Wait a minute... Ratty... Mole... where's Toad? How can you miss out TOAD?!?

i'm just curious .. keep it up, whatever the reasons

Interesting handwriting and notes. The drawings are nice, but you tend to do better digitally. You wanted crits on those?

People always ask about the rat thing.... Really, I'm just...fond of them.

Frost--Not really--they're just sketches, and very quick ones at that. Little more than phone-doodles. Just stuck them up here for fun.

I speak -some- Swedish, and I'm frantically trying to learn more. I'm moving to Sweden this winter, so I really need to learn. So that's why I understand the hat song, and why it was (and still is ...groan... stuck in my head.)

Dthind--Thanks! I doubt I'll get around to colouring the mole, though....

Up north...Ume. I'm moving there because my boyfriend is from there--he was kind enough to live here in Canada for 3 years while I went to school, so now it's my turn to return the favour.

Anyway, it rains too much in Vancouver.

I already saw 'ansiktsburk', but I admit the 'fiskpinnar' was new on me... Very...odd.

Alright, now you've started it... I just have to post my school doodles to! And yes, Hatten r Din sure is dangerous. I was gently shocked when I saw that handwriting of yours... lovely lovely stuff by the way. The sketches that is, not the handwriting.

Anyway, I just graduated so this is horribly nostalgic for me. Then again, maybe not. These first two are the covers of two of my notebooks. I just sat fooling around with these wavy, streamy lines during class... and suddenly I knew what to do and filled in all the rest.

...and these are from various classes. I had a period where I just grabbed a pen and cluttered randomly for two-three seconds with closed eyes, and then tried to make something from the result. All of these are examples of this practice, with the exception of the little toad-guy with the looking glass. If anyone would want to color these, they're more than welcome!

Hope you enjoy your stay in Sweden, Socar! For me, it's been pretty sweet so far...
