Wow, I really like your site, about your graphics maybe you should think of making a loading page see: http://new.icklepix.com
this is my Unfinished new design.
Lots of people say loading scripts put people off, but if you have something interesting, its good. I saw one thing, where they had some writing about insects or something, and then at the end it said something like "By the time you've read this pointless text, the loading should have finished"
But I didnt think it took to long, to load.
One thing I didnt like was that it loads up in a popup, I thought this was kinda unnessecary, because it still loads a page with framesets, you could center your page using frames.
One question . Did you have to pay anything for the Forum ?
Also in your contact section your link to the form doesnt work.
Overall a great page, you can tell you where influenced by eyeball-design.com
Oh yea, I sent you an ICQ message. |

Thanks for the comments.
In regards to the popup... I agree it's somewhat annoying. It wouldn't take too much to make load in a page. Hmm, I'll think about it seriously. The form link doesn't work because I sadly haven't written the mail script yet *lol* (should take two minutes). I haven't had to pay anything for the forum.... the URL for it is: http://novogate.com
I'm not too into loading scripts... On my 56k modem it doesn't seem to take too long, so I'm not sure it's entirely necessary.
Also, I think your site is cool, hew... good start!
As for influence from eyeball, I guess. It's been a couple years since I've been there. I'd say it's more influenced by Faust's old website. |

I like it - it seems a little dark to me but my page is done all in white, so don't pay any attention to me |

Cool site, I really like the color scheme and layout.
So far the only thing that gave me some problems were some of the links, the pages just seem to take awhile to load. It might very well be my connection. I'll keep on checking though
Also you might conside coloring the scroll bar. Off the top of my head I don't remember the code (it's pretty simple actually)
email me if ya want it.
again, very cool site |

The scroll bar is colored (IE5+ I think are the only browsers that display that css code). But yeah, the colored scroll bar does indeed look cool.
Links. *sigh* still smoothing some stuff out... maybe some things are taking long to load because they have lots of graphics on them? The framepage (bulk of the load) should only have to load once. |

Heh... I know, I definitely have a problem doing lighter web designs. Maybe that is a hurdle I might overcome next design. I'm also fairly monochromatic :/
Your site is cool Patrick |
