Hello. I'm new to these forums. I've been told by at least three parties on many different occasions to join up here, so I finally am!
I attend SVA in NYC (going into my Senior Year) and I major in Illustration. I'm pretty much a traditionally trained and have been dabbling increasingly in digital art, 2d and 3d, over the past year...But I'd still definitely say pencil drawing is my strong suit.
Anyway, I look forward to chatting with everyone and in the process becoming a much better artist overall.
This is the best place to to post my "Hey, I'm a newbie" thread, right? |

Hey..Welcome...Good choice on posting your Im new anouncment in here..Thats a pluss.
Look forward to seeing your stuff. I just finished college and got a bachelors in Digital art...mostly 3D stuff and Video Imageing....But there I fell in love with Illustration and and so I am oppesit from you. I dont know much about traditional mediums. I love Illustration..
Look forward to looking at your work and I hope you take a gander at mine.
Have fun.
And if you keep your noes out of other peoples buisness here...you get along well....Its easy to get cought up in a flam war with someone...but sometimes its kinda fun =P
