Good start. I'm a big fallout fan. You need to add more dirt on him though.. And some blood stains or something. Hes too clean.

I too like the stylistic thing you've got going...However I'd like to be inable to see the sketchy lines of your intial drawing. Perhaps you could outline him more heavily with dark lines. It is, after all, quite a cartoony style.

it's pretty good. the background could use some refining- perhaps some referenence could do the work. the one thing that caught my eye was the horizon line- it's too low, considering that our eye level seems to be much higher.
