hey..im not the best peson to offer crits, as i cant do linework like Feng nor can I paint in my dreams like Spooge. So all I can say is..I like the ambient lighting in Feng's..the colors and moods you presented..very cool. HOWEVER..the first guy..looks like..well..a bad-ass..and with your color scheme..that point seems a bit muted. Maybe it needs a background..or perhaps some sort of warmth..reds..to show the hostility..etc. Dunno. Cool stuff though!  |

| i like em! the second one is lacking something i think. when i blur my eyes it looks real nice, but when i re-focus it seems what's missing is detail or finish. defining shoadows or just crisper edges- it's hard to tell. the colors on the first one are rad. |

Icannon, yeah, it's not very finished at all. I was really into it but it kind of bothered me that I had used someone else's drawing so I wouldn't want to put it on my website. I know that sounds vain but my site is pretty slim, so I should spend my time on the things that are all me. |

I really like em all greenpeach! Especially the first one... gosh the colors are so warm and great lighting. Makes me feel like that guy is so friendly... he's even smiling.. hehehe
But, maybe on the first one, a bit more darker colors could be used? |

These were (obviously) inspired by the Feng/Spooge thread about Craig's lecture.
The first is feng's linework and the second is Agent 44's. Hope you guys don't mind.
I posted this a bit ago and it disapeared. Row, are we not friends anymore?

Update: I think this looks more like acrylic than anything else I've done in ps. I guess that because I'm trying to learn to paint more opaquely, to be more deliberate with my color selection. Every time I go to Mikeal's site I think- man, my colors are hashed.
