Not bad at all.. but i think the face needs more work- both in stylization and expression. the hair is also a problem- it doesn't seem to fit the style of the image.

nice, but the shadow looks like done with a photoshop plugin.

hmmm...

The shadow isn't made with a plugin, but with the tranform/scale thingie and a layer mask.

And I agree that the pants and shoes look more disco...
