Erm...eh...er...no.

Yours are pretty neat, as you can see, I'm going more for the facial features and character action than the quality of their design. :P
Oh yeah, I'm gonna start trying my hand at flash soon, it's neato.

I hate these. Sorry, usually I wouldn't post something like this comment. But these don't appeal to me visually, and I don't find them funny.

now come on dude, doing get pissed cause of negative crits... i actually agree with him- the art work isn't very good, the animation isn't very fluid and they aren't really funny.... don't take this as an insult, i'm just telling you my opinion.

for a lesson in short animations, check www.synj.net -his flash anims are funny, quick-to-the-point, they have a great art style (even if its a little sloppy), and the animation is fluid.

Well, I didn't mean to make anybody upset. I really don't care if someone is negative in a constructive way, but when they just come up and say that they think it's crap without an explanation, then they are being an ass; It is just a slap in the face. Anyway, I can agree with you guys in the way they look, and especially when compared to synj's stuff, but try your hand at it; make your own characters, try to think of something funny, and animate it, then I think you'll realize why it hurt my feelings. Wow, this sounds depressing, anyway, I'll try some more and see if they can make you smile.

Well, just saying that something sucks isn't really giving constructive crits. That's just voicing an opinion - without trying to help. We don't really need to diss one another here, do we? If someone's trying a hand at something new, it's nicer to try to help out than to say "this isn't good", and just leave it at that.

As to the animations... the first one doesn't really appeal to me, but then again, that's not really my kind of humour. Heh, it's not badly done though - I've seen far worse. The little character is simplified and half-cute in an odd way.

The second animation I like more. I'm no expert of ANY kind of animations so I can't go into specifics, but I think it came out pretty nicely. Heh, actually made me smile... poor little baby. =)

I didn't mean to make you feel bad, and believe me I am one of the last people to post a pointless comments w/o crits. So I am sorry if I pissed you off, it does have on good thing going for it; it is animation!

In my own defense however my post was no less contructive then a similar positive post; "Those are funny and a really cool". So in that sense.....

Anyways read my signature it could explain alot.
