i haven't had time to fix my last piece-- but i was spending some time the other day practicing my eyes. I figure, i need practice on certain areas... anyone got any help on understand the contours of the human face more? i have trouble with light and how it curves on the face.
tell me what you think. any help would be heaven sent!

Wow, looks really cool. But it seems to sort of be missing the wet sheen-super-thin-eye-cover thing.
Anyway, it dunno if that made any sense, but as for the contours of the face, I'd suggest drawing just the contours of faces in line. I know that helped me some. |

You know what the funny part is, is that the little sheen is actually there -- but for some odd reason, the way i did the makeup make it very hard to see.
Thank you Imho =) Any clue of how i could make the sheen thingie there more noticeably?

I think you need to define the strands in the eyelash a bit more. Right now, the lashes blend into the eyelid if you see what I mean.
Also the tears look a bit too solid, like fluffy clouds =)

Very neat, if a little cheesy with the flares.
The tearwater doesn't quiet come across as such. It would probably help to define smaller areas of sharp highlights.
Anyway, good job. |
