Nice colors and costume designs!
I like the upper orc. Is he an orc lord?

How are the whole of body designs?

Perhaps there needs to be some more emphasis on the detail in the faces. The features are certainly there, but the characters could be given more of a 'personality' if the facial expressions were clearer. Overall, they are very nice. Good work.

I was referring more to the second of the drawings. Not so much the first. (With regards to facial expressions).

the one with the tusks is great, but how they come out of the mouth looks weird-- too flat. very nice characters, tho.

Thank you all. The advice and Crits have been great so far. I am gana work on some more finished versons. These guys were sketched out in a Lazyboy chair at a meeting hehe =)
