#1, go with #1. The green has a cool lit-up look to it, and it has more of a balanced feel overall.

This brings back memories of my days on the Counter-strike Skins Art Board. Where every other post was "NEW 1337 SIG! WOOT!". Anyways they both look fine and a very simple (*which I like). Go with the green.
